Holy Trinity Lutheran Preschool opened its doors in 1982.  We are the oldest and largest preschool in the surrounding area, averaging  50 – 60 students annually.  We are licensed by the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services.


Carol Luke has been the Director of Holy Trinity Preschool since 2003.  Mrs. Luke currently teaches the Five Day Kindergarten Preparation class as well as serving as Director.  In total, she has over 28 years of experience working with preschool children.  She has six children of her own and lives in Streator with her husband, Don, two dogs and one cat.


Tonya Carter has a background in education and started teaching at Holy Trinity in 2014.  She and her husband Derek have a son Daxton, a daughter Makayla, and a cat named Cletis.  Mrs. Carter enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with family.


Cathy Koval has been with Holy Trinity Preschool as a classroom aide since October, 2008. Mrs. Koval currently works in the Rainbow room. She and her husband, Ted, have one son and one daughter. Mrs. Koval enjoys reading, and spending time with her children. She is also a member of Holy Trinity Church.


Shelly Muntz has been a teacher’s aide since 2013. She and her husband Terry have 3 children, 2 grandchildren, 4 dogs, a cat and some chickens. She enjoys working with preschoolers!
